Flowering of the Heart
Flowering of the Heart – anointing with essential oils together with tapping and prayer.
Stored Negative or Toxic Emotions affect every aspect of our lives and have a profound effect on our health and happiness. They can become a source of continued pain and looping of behavior that does not serve our highest good. Egyptian Energy Balancing help to clear stored, negative emotions, empowering people with a new sense of hope, happiness and the joy of greater accomplishments.
Health experts are beginning to recognize the connection between physical diseases and emotional turmoil. Research shows that stress and other negative emotions compromise the immune functions. Traumatic experiences stored at the cellular level can prevent us from moving forward with our lives.
I have my own story of Grief and Loss where from my own need to live life again after the death of my 17 year old son I put all my knowledge together and developed this technique which I call ‘Flowering of the Heart”.
I realised the Choice I had made ‘to live and be Joyful again’ in my life was the first BIG step in my healing process and then I began to use my beautiful oils on certain energy points to lift my vibrations. Together with an ancient prayer and the tapping on blocked meridian lines or nadi’s to activate the flow of fresh Prana or energy and the release of OLD grief and pain I began to set myself free again. I now love life again and am fully present in a JOY FILLED way. I love to facilitate this process to assist others to set themselves free to live a full life. Are you ready to be free of the Past?

I had problems with practicing meditation up until recently. I kinda couldn’t focus. I think staying focused is what matters and that’s why practicing meditation doesn’t work for everyone. I found a relaxed little place for me in my apartment and that provided me with the extra focus I needed. It’s way easier now!
Hello Tia,
Yes the mind is tricky, becoming and remaining the witness and not identifying with thoughts is a strong practice. However with practice it is perhaps the most beneficial gift we can give ourselves, to keep the ego/self identification out of it. To remain impartial and let the thought simply flow through without feeding them with our attention. With 60,000 thoughts passing through our minds each day we really have to be choosy as to which ones we act on. The choice is our most powerful act. With integrity, awareness and discrimination we can become a powerfully creative, compassionate and loving force through meditation. Practicing meditation in the same sacred space daily helps to build up the energy there and makes sitting and stillness a bit easier. I hear you. With love Soraya.
