AWAKENING HEARTS
A Journey Home to Your True Nature
Meditation • Self-Discovery • Deep Rest
Saturday Oct 24th 9.15am – Sunday 25th 4pm 2026
Join us for a nourishing Spring Retreat Weekend at Mangalam, where the busyness of everyday life gives way to stillness, presence and the opportunity to reconnect with your true nature.
At the heart of this retreat is meditation—not simply as a practice, but as a doorway to recognising the peace, wholeness and awareness that already exists within you.
Through gentle yoga, self-inquiry and rejuvenating practices, we create the conditions for a deeper understanding of who we are beyond the stories, habits and conditioning of the mind.
Supporting this journey are gentle embodied practices including: gentle rejuvenating yoga, TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), Havening®, Pranayama, zen walking, meditation and deep relaxation. These modalities help calm the nervous system, release accumulated tension and create greater openness for meditation and inner discovery.
Cost $550 with twin shared accommodation and meals. $450 if staying locally and attending program with meals. $100 extra if you wish to include Friday night B&B. Mangalam offers Boutique Retreats taking a maximum of 7 people overnight in very comfortable airbnb shared cottages.

Mangalam is a hidden hectare of natural paradise near Palmwoods on the edge of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. Surrounded by birdsong and flowers, it boasts Organic Fruit & Native Gardens.

Kind Words from Past Participants
I found the retreat balancing and calming for my body and mind . Soraya gives 110% of her time and energy to the processes. The music was lovely and the content was just enough practical and theory combined. It was very well balanced.

More Kind Words from Past Participants
The retreat was beautifully paced. I loved the ‘work’ in the mornings - if you can call such nourishing practice such as singing, tremor, breath and meditation work!! And then the ink sessions after lunch. The eft /essential oils session was just exquisite. Love that much of the learning we can replicate at home. Building our own toolkit for self love and care. Food was just perfect..
