Life moves fast and we can get so caught up with the next thing, that we don’t take quiet reflection and assimilation time. Rest and Digest time is important to feel fully nourished. Taking quiet time and space to tune in and reflect can help wisdom to emerge with greater clarity. This can naturally lead us from reacting to life to flowing with and in fact as life itself.
