Free To Be Me Self Care Retreat

Treat yourself to a deeply nourishing self-care retreat day at the stunning forested Mangalam near Palmwoods. This day introduces you to or, deepens your practice of TRE trauma and tension release exercises. TRE offers a practical tool for better regulating the nervous system and releasing tension from the body. This rejuvenating Sunshine Coast day retreat will be enhanced with sound healing, guided yoga nidra and mindfulness meditations.

Learning to surf the ongoing stresses of daily life while remaining grounded in presence is an important skill to develop.

The toolbox offered in this workshop is designed to support you to release past pent up tension and trauma and better deal with ongoing daily stresses and triggers. This is an experiential workshop with lots to learn and incorporate into your self-care program.

TRE is an amazing self-help practice to destress releasing built up bodily held trauma and tension. Together with mindfulness meditation, embodiment practices, vagal toning exercises and yoga nidra we will deepen our sense of inner self-connection.
