From Grief To Gratitude 4 week Webinar Series

How do we navigate the challenges Grief can bring into our lives? There is no doubt about it Grief can be crippling, bringing us face to face with one of life’s greatest challenges. Our life will change forever and this can be both scary and lonely. I am no stranger to grief having lost my brother and son to suicide and recently my mother passed away from cancer. I offer this 4 week webinar series in providing helpful  tools in overcoming grief. In this webinar series I will offer tools to assist you to best navigate challenges of Grief with mindfulness, EFT, loving kindness, compassionate communication, acceptance and forgiveness?

This 4 session webinar series is designed to assist you in navigating the challenges of grief and includes:

Week 1: Grieving the loss of a loved one, friend or colleague and what this can mean to you?

  • Self-Care and Support
  • Coping Day to Day
  • Loving Kindness
  • Mindfulness introduction

Week 2:  What now, nobody understands and I feel so alone.

  • Daily Supportive Rituals
  • Understanding Vulnerability
  • What to do with my emotions
  • Mindfulness and Grounding

Week 3: How can I move on without my loved one?

  • Owning and Expressing our feelings
  • The Golden Key of Awareness
  • The gift of presence
  • Grounding with Body Movement

Week 4: How to embrace acceptance and lessen my emotional pain 

  • The power of Acceptance and forgiveness
  • EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or Tapping for peace
  • Rituals of remembrance
  • Moving on with life
