Satsang is a Sanskrit term derived from two roots: sat meaning “true’”and sangha meaning community, company or association. It can be translated as “associating with good people” or simply “being in the company of truth,” and refers to the act of gathering with like-minded, uplifting people, especially those on a spiritual path.
Tuning in to the frequency of inner peace, which is always available and ever present, can seem an impossibility at times. Yet it is absolutely possible. By shifting our attention from leap-frogging thoughts of our crazy monkey mind to becoming the observer or impartial witness to the beauty & the insanity of the human mind – we become free from mental entanglement. And we discover we are NOT our mind – We HAVE a mind as a tool.

Science has proven we CAN rewire our brain and create new coherent, calm and loving neural pathways. We can use our intelligence to jump over the mind into a clear space.
