Pranayama & Meditation Online Course

Pranayama and meditation enhance inner stillness. Pranayama and Meditation prepare us for living awake in absolute presence. In this course we will dispel myths about meditation and come to understand deeply THE SCIENCE OF INNER STILLNESS.

You’ll also develop a deep foundation and understanding around pranayama, breath of life. We will explore Prana (our vital force) and its connection with breath. You’ll learn ancient techniques which enhance energy, health, vitality and healing. And the much deeper benefit of clearing toxins and purify our nadi’s or energy channels and preparing for deeper meditation and presence. There are many practices of pranayama specific to achieve specific results: to clear, awaken and direct prana, our subtle energy, which we will explore in this course. Together with inner silence or antar mouna meditation.

Pranayama is powerful and often overlooked in this modern body beautiful yoga world. Antar Mouna is a systematic practice of meditation that refines our ability for subtle awareness. It isĀ  nourishing, replenishing, calming and deeply rejuvenating. Antar Mouna or Inner Silence meditation prepares us for the nondual experience or awakening to simply being in a state of inner freedom and peace.
