Trauma Informed Yoga with TRE

Trauma informed yoga with TRE is focused on releasing tension and bodily held trauma. This 5 weeks has a focus on awakening the heart. The trauma informed approach is gentle, mindful and kind to your body-mind. Trauma informed yoga with TRE is somatic or body based work which together with mindfulness on allows the body to unwind and release.

Release Tension

Held tension is the cause of much dis-ease physically, mentally and spiritually. This is a small class dedicated to allowing you space to unwind, stretch and shake off tension and relax deeply.

The Next Step

This class is for those who have had some TRE experience with Soraya through doing private classes or the Shake it Off and Restore Calm course.

Focus on Self-Care, Mindfulness and Loving Kindness

For those who’ve done past TRE and Yoga Nidra courses I hope you are continuing to peel back layers of tension. To discover your true self. My aim is to support us to rest in greater peace with an open loving compassionate heart.
