TRE Relaxing our nervous system is absolutely vital in restoring health, harmony and happiness to our lives. In this light TRE can be beneficial to everyone. Trauma release exercises help to release and relax the whole nervous system and enable us to feel fully engaged with life again. Tension and trauma release exercise can also be integrated with your personal exercise routine, yoga and yoga therapy. Soraya Saraswati from TRE therapy Sunshine Coast works one-on-one with clients and in groups both online and in-person. Currently TRE is being practiced all over the world for relief from stress and tension.
