I am dedicated to the path of awakening to the love that streams through us all and connects us as one. Our work will be to gently release all that no longer serves you. As your mentor I promise to encourage you to live more consciously, by lovingly supporting you to shine the light of awareness and thus dissolve old fears and fixed beliefs that keep us in a cycle of struggle, self-criticism, grief and resentment. In this way we can become free of the mental torture, limitations and judgements we place on ourselves and others. Uncovering and healing areas of our life that require completion can free us to enjoy an expressive life we love.
I have spent 35 years in the wellness industry as a yoga, mindfulness and meditation teacher and naturopath. By applying mindfulness moment to moment in our lives and connecting to what is really true for us, we can better shed light on what is untrue. This can help us to drop unconscious habits that keep us stuck and struggling in our day to day relationship with ourself and others.
This is a holistic approach. Body, Mind and Spirit.
During a session we may also practice breath work, meditation, mindfulness techniques or and yoga movements. If the body is needing extra attention then I will apply my naturopathic knowledge as well as medical intuition to uncover the blocked energy behind the issue.

I am available to speak or teach group sessions in a corporate or private setting at seminars, events or retreats to inspire people to take greater care and responsibility in restoring and maintaining a healthy mindful balanced lifestyle.
I offer yoga, applied mindfulness, meditation classes and include healthy nutrition in my holistic lifestyle talks.
Suicide Awareness and Prevention
Soraya is a lived experience speaker for Roses in the Ocean and offer to share her story and how mindfulness helped her to overcome deep grief from loss. Soraya inspires audience towards living life to the full, developing self-love and greater resilience through mindful presence and support.
