This is a private TRE session with Soraya either online or in-person. Learn TRE in a safe one-on-one session. Supporting you to feel safe in your practice while your body releases old stuck blocks tension. This longer session includes a mindful relaxation for integration after our TRE practice and a follow up informative, instructive email.. I can also offer to record the relaxation for home use.
