Speaking out: Media Releases on Suicide
Transversing Grief Can be Tough
I offer these media releases and interviews to help you traverse grief, following the loss of a loved one to suicide. Suicide is too common today with 8 people dying each day in Australia. I offered to speak to the media to give hope to those grieving loss by suicide. I lost a brother and son to suicide.
We are Changed By Grief
The grief that followed changed my life forever. I have become even more compassionate, caring and loving. When I began to see that attachment to the past and what could have or should have been…. And the active personal patterns that were holding me in the grip of grief. A deeper love and freedom emerged.
Hope
Reclaiming my life and seeing that happiness is our birthright was powerfully transforming. This deep inquiry into the understanding of the human predicament of suffering has set me free. Something that has come as a precious and unexpected gift after experiencing such pain of grief and loss.
Living In Gratitude
Now I live in gratitude and peace. I share this, my story of Shining Through: From Grief to Gratitude not because I want your pity, but to inspire you to heal. To claim the happiness that ever available and that is your true nature.
