Kindness when felt or received is appreciated by everyone who experiences it. To offer kindness is to extend a hand of friendship, to offer concern and consideration toward others as well as ourselves. It is said that a little kindness goes a long way. Perhaps that is because kindness touches the heart. And our response is generally one of gratitude and appreciation. It awakens feelings of appreciation affirming our existence. Observing or experiencing an act of kindness always brings a smile which extends to our heart.

Stop and Drop into Being
Life moves fast and we can get so caught up with the next thing, that we don’t take quiet reflection and assimilation time. Rest and Digest time is important to feel fully nourished. Taking quiet time and space to tune in and reflect can help wisdom to emerge with greater clarity. This can naturally lead us from reacting to life to flowing with and in fact as life itself.
Who Am I is a powerful question. Let’s inquire together. As babies we are naturally expansive beings, innocent and open to the great mystery of life with wonder and trust. If you have ever looked into the eyes of a young child, you will get this. Sadly, as we grow we slowly lose this easy connection with the great mystery. Sweet innocence and awe fades away as we develop as a separate identity called Me… Being-ness transforms slowly into me against the world… So what happens?
